With the acquisition of Premier Conveyancing, we now have an exciting new office location in the heart of Sunbury where we have welcomed Nik Farfalla and his loyal and dedicated staff to the growing Nicholas James Lawyers family.

Nik, Director of Premier Conveyancing, established his practice in 1995 and quickly became one of the most successful Conveyancing Practices in Sunbury. During this time, Nik assisted many Victorians in buying and selling property in an efficient and professional manner.

Our aim at Nicholas James Lawyers Sunbury is to replicate the reputation and successes of the Essendon Office and work on creating new relationships with the people and businesses of Sunbury and its surrounds. While many of our staff currently have a long-standing connection to Sunbury, we are excited to expand this sentiment to the rest of the Nicholas James Lawyers team.
